Fighting Morning Sickness

* Keep some crackers by the bed. Eat them before you get out of bed.
* Eat small meals/snacks all throughout the day so you do not get too full or too empty.
* Ginger – either tea, candy or capsule – but do not exceed 1,000 mg a day.
*Accupressure bands – Sea Bands – sell for $8 and are drug free. Massage over the plastic part that lies on the pressure point frequently.
*Carry a lemon slice in a plastic bag and smell it to help relieve nausea. Some prefer lemon drop candies.

... and if all else fails, talk to your doctor and go for the drugs. Sometimes there are no other options and barfing stinks!
